Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@covaidudes.com with your order ID.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Custom/bulk team orders, once production has started, cannot be cancelled or refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
